Vikas Maitri provides Conference facilities to sister Institutions on nominal charges. 

 The Programme Centre building in which these facilities are provided is located in the heart of the city of Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand.  However, the premises is surrounded by residential localities off the main roads giving a very quite and peaceful surrounding for conferences and serious discussions.

Another conference facility is provided in the Sullivan surroundings of a village some 48 kms. from Ranchi city.  There is a very beautiful organic farm with orchards and plantations.  The main hut houses the conference room, living rooms, kitchen and a guest room.  Generator facilities are provided for lighting the complex in the evening. 

Besides, there are several farm  houses all over the country side suitable for camping.
